Core Responsibilities:

· Project, forecast, and deliver Sales based on individual and team goals.·

Help others successfully prospect, sell, and provide solutions to new and existing customers.

· Lead, support and advocate for a Sales Team.

· Take an active role in building a high performing team and a thorough Sales Pipeline.

· Share knowledge and experience while continually building and mentoring Sales Team.

· Connect with office and field staff in an authentic and considerate way.

Required Skills:

· Must have proven Sales and Sales Management experience and consistently achieve results.

· Prior experience and demonstrated success in selling Audio and Video in a commercial environment.

· Develop personal and team career goals that drive PCD’s bottom line.

· Create a motivated team willing to do their best to help the organization achieve Sales Goals and continue to build our reputation within our community.

· Effectively build relationships inside and outside the organization.

· Able to make sense of and troubleshoot complex and sometimes contradictory information to effectively solve problems.

· Must understand audio video commercial systems and broadcast and streaming system design enough to oversee other designs by sales people to be effective at their work.

Success in this role looks like:

· Must possess excellent client facing skills.

· Shadowing Management to become fully trained on the PCD Sales Process within 6 months.

· Ability to mentor and train Sales Team within 6 months.

· Selling independently and reaching personal goals while also cross-training Sales Team.

· Meet or exceed existing sales goals within 12 months.

· Develop Best Practices and Standard Operating Procedures for Sales Team.

This is an Exempt Salaried position requiring time both in the office and in the field.

Medical / Dental insurance with company participation and Life Insurance policy. Company participating 401k program plus a Profit-Sharing program.

10 days PTO (Paid Time Off) and 7 paid holidays.

Laptop provided and a cell phone allowance. Mileage to job sites paid at current Fed rate.
